I have a doubt, since the communication address I provided while applying for the Amex card matches the address on my Aadhaar card, but I am currently not present at that address, do I need to be physically present at that address to complete the VKYC process for my Amex card application?

Did mail them but hasn't heard from them anything till now it's been 10 days now.
