Today I Received this message from icici bank amazon pay credit card

Recently on this Sale i bought iphone 13 from amazon
1 i gifted to my and 1 i gifted to my Sister on her marriage 1 bought for my self as secondery device.
And 1 bought for my father.
All payments did by amazon pay card.
And bought and did some Recharge and etc.
And bought Some small things for my home.

But recieving this msg saying commercial purpose i feel this is wrong.
As i did shopping for my personal and my loved ones.
As iphone 13 is selling on amazon at best possible rate.

What should i do to get these rewards back or any suggessions

Probably you may have to call customer care and explain that You bought those mobile phones to family members not for commercial purpose, share images with them via email as well for their review.

No gst nothing.
ANd colors are different as amazon set the limit that time.
Upto 1 Qty.

I ordered 4 different colors.

Just curious what kind of images

May be with my wife my sister ( who is now in ankleshwar around 800kms from my location ) my father and my device together
But i don't get a point if i am buying these thing from my Personal account then what kind of commercial use.
It was sale time people buy there needy items in bulk and cards provide benifits so they used it.
I didn't abuse the card at all.
