Need help for AMEX Platinum Travel application

My wife had applied for an amex platinum travel card which is cancelled as of today. The customer care executives had called 10 times with lot of queries regarding name of the downloaded aadhaar, etc. They were expecting my submitted aadhaar to have a particular name. As I had downloaded from maadhaar app in iphone, it was not matching or something.

Today they told its cancellation and she can reapply today as well. Can you please guide us so that we can have the card. Also it would be helpful if you can let ua know if referral way would be better in Feb 2025.

Yeah, Amex is quite strict or kinky with docs and verifications.

Same issue happened with mine income docs (ITR)

You can try to use referal link and see if your application ist not getting rejected. Chances of rejection gets less via referal

Maybe there might be some name mismatch in PAN or CIBIL report and Aadhaar that you have submitted, check them once and approach customer care

Finally I gave up on the application and after a month or so since the application date, AMEX customer service called and informed that the card is approved with around 5L limit. Seems this happened after raising a grievance via email to the pno email id shared in their website.
