Need help for best course of action

I am having two scenarios playing out need help for best course of action.

1st :- i bought a candere voucher from gryftr. Ordered on 20th April now after 15 days candere says there's some issue with voucher. And put the order as balance payment not received. I have a wedding tommorow to gift it to someone.

2nd - I gave my Carrier Ac for repair 1.5 months ago. And that carrier service center guy is not picking up calls. Should I go to his center and bust his ass?

Tell me what i can do legally too. I would be happy to sue their asses off If it's worth.

1. Cancel the order by calling GyFTR and for wedding buy something else
2. Being a good brand they r not supposed to behave like this

My self a guy who give 1000 and feel happy wholeheartedly but if someone try to take 100/- also I utilise all my power to give them back

I paid 13000 for repair brother whenever i call carrier they say we will talk with the center and get back to you. What do you suggest? Should I go to service centre?
 
As long as your asset got locked with them better to get it done smoothly
Police may cause additional delays and expense for you
To be Frank. I am unable to get the assets unlocked. They have been delaying it for more than 1.5 months now. The only two options left is 1) beat their asses off 2) register a complaint.

It's disappointing when a reputable brand doesn't meet expectations. If the service was provided through a third-party dealership, contacting the carrier directly to address the issue may be more effective. It's commendable that you stand up for yourself and provide your input based on your nature.
