Need help for BoB credit card processing

Hello Guys,
I applied for BoB credit card but dont have proof for my currenr address. My rent agree for current address is in my wife's name, hence they suggested to provide marriage certificate along with rent agreement to process further.

However, rent agreememt is of previous year and owner is staying abroad, so not possible to get a new rent agreement. Every bank(even SBI) just proceed with aadhaar verification and dont ask for current address proof so why BoB is being so cautious?

Please suggest how to proceed here.

Bank passbook was the way but now BoB is not accepting passbook.

But even my bank passbook has a different address since I have changed quite a few cities.

Tell them the home belongs to your parents. No second questions asked. Give them a copy of broadband bill. Most likely that should be on your or wife's name.
Or else, edit the name on the electricity bill. (Not recommended but should work) 😜

I have sent them my broadband bill. Lets see, fingers crossed.

If u have axis bank account just update your communication address via mobile app and take the statement and do aadhar address online update using that statement, this is totally 4 to 5 days process

Its been more than 2 months now since I have aplied. They are neither rejecting nor approving. God know if they even track applications. Multiple follow ups and mails but they just chose to ignore everything, literally everything.
