Account holder is ill and want to withdraw money from account .
He cannot visit branch and does not have m banking net banking or DC .

Any way to withdraw money?

If he is a Senior Citizen (and the same is reflected in the bank books), you can ask the bank to send a person to the house - home banking facility - cash withdrawal n deposit included. Free or chargeable - depends on the bank.
It's rural branch will they have this facility?

It generally depends on the bank n branch.

It DEFINITELY DEPENDS on the Branch Manager.

When I was in a rural branch, during floods, we did a lot of such proactive banking - which were not mandated by the bank or local head office or the local regional office. Many other Banks n Branches did not even open their branches - forget about doing such proactive banking n much needed basic banking. That was in 1992-1994 - in East Godavari District of AP.

If the BM and the staff are interested to be helpful, no rule will come in the way.

Just visit nearby shop and withdraw via adhar....

Process is simple
Tell the shop owner adhar no.
Bank then amount.

Then take the cash from him.
Will have to check this also because as I can recall AEPS was disabled by all the banks when this aeps fraud got increased .

Thanks will check .

Available , but without branch visit I think it's not possible.
I have to check home banking
You or anyone else can withdraw using a cheque. Just write your name on it, sign both the front and back, and then take it to the branch to withdraw the money.

cheque le jao bank mein aage or piche dono jagan sign kara ke self ke naam ka bhar lena de denge mai apne bhai ke account se aaise hi lata hu cash

If he has BEARER CHEQUES - simply write self n any person can take it to the branch. Sign on the reverse n his basic details n cash will be paid.

If the cheque is a ORDER CHEQUE, then writing self is NOT advisable. Write the name of the person on the cheque. ONLY he must go to the branch to get cash.

The cheque should NOT be CROSSED and should not have any other limitation stamps - like - not negotiable....

Self naam ka likhne se account holder ko jana padega... Jo jaa rhe hai unka naam likhna padega..

Also, don't forget to bring your ID proof, although I've never been asked for it (I usually withdraw money from my mother's account using a cheque since she can't go to the branch). But they might ask if they have any suspicion.

Transfer using a cheque to other account who has a debit card or who can withdraw cash for the seniors. Or a SELF cheque can also be used.
