Need help regarding horrible indusind delights savings account 'kyc' issue

I opened indusind savings delights account online and couldn't complete the video kyc (citing reason : childhood photo in aadhar) and then told me to visit the branch. Then i visited branch and done all paperwork and formalities and I'm told it'll be done within a week but It's not done even after 15 days. Then i visited again and they even came to my residential address for verification and told it'll be done within a week. Now almost after a month It's not done yet and i can't use the account since it is freezed. I talked to them and they are saying 'it'll be done in some days.
What should i do now it's almost 2 months for a simple kyc!!
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Kindly raise a complaint in their grievance redressal department.
