Need help to buy more Amazon Pay Gift Cards

Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice on maximizing rewards on Amazon Pay gift card purchase.

I use Amazon Pay extensively for bill payments, Uber, etc., and I currently have the HDFC Infinia card. I’m already hitting the Rs. 10,000 monthly cap on both my primary and add-on Infinia cards.

I wanted to check with the community:

1. Are there any known workarounds or tricks to go beyond the cap using Infinia or other HDFC mechanisms?


2. Is there any other card (ICICI, Axis, SBI, etc.) that’s still giving good rewards on Amazon Pay gift card purchases?


3. How easy/difficult is it to get an ICICI Emeralde Private card (or similar premium cards)?


4. If nothing else works, what card should I consider purely for maximizing Amazon Pay gift card purchases?



Would love to hear from anyone who’s been through this or has cracked an optimal setup. Open to any and all suggestions. Thanks in advance!

Asking because u may not like 2% cards because you have higher % in your mind.

If you're using Amazon Pay for paying your bills, then you can go with the Amazon Pay Credit card itself which will give you 2% cashback for adding gift balance.

Or just pay your bills with the card itself. The only card that will give higher percentage is SBI Cashback which gives 5%. Same goes for HDFC Millenia and Pixel Play.

I am getting around ~14% with Infinia. Expecting the same would be a bit too crazy. However here are a few points

1. Worth it to get ICICI Emeralde Pvt? I think You can still get the multiplier and match infinia

2. Any other card/method that gives >5-7% reward? (I mostly use Amazon Pay for Uber about 90% usage and 10% would be other bills)

Get SBI Cashback card. You can buy Amazon GV on Maximize and get 5% cashback.

Smartbuy? I got 5% CB from my pixel card in Smartbuy.

1. Plat Travel with 4L milestone
2. SBI CB / HDFC Millennia / HDFC Swiggy (with some alt. methods - vary from month to month)


Yep, Pvt might help u if u can get with recent addition - just mind that its usually 5% range.
