Need help with amex application

Hi guys, I applied for amex mrcc on 29th October and did vkyc next day after that uploaded documents the same day. On 5th November, they again sent me mail to upload documents and uploaded same day. Till then, no update has been received. Anyone please help what can be done here.

@BestBanker has already said to contact him before applying and not after applying.If its declined then there's a cooling period. Please take some time to go through the forum or ask someone before applying. Once you've applied options are limited.

But the case has become complex now. Neither they are declining nor processing. They just keep asking documents on alternate days.

Preferably have an Aadhar card from Serviceable cities/towns. Even though if you do not currently live there, thats fine. But fill in the aadhar card address into Amex application. This helped some of my friends to get the Amex card approved, which was rejected initially.

This is like a 5 month old thread, hoping OP should have already have an AmEx card by now.

The application was declined after a long month.

But the case has become complex now. Neither they are declining nor processing. They just keep asking documents on alternate days.

Stuck in the same loop. Applied last week and already uploaded docs twice and from last 2 days getting call that we are fetching the documents but it is taking some time. And then no updates. OP did you get the card?

Oops, that's messed up.

Please DM me some more details, I've helped some folks in getting theirs approved and we can see what went wrong and fix it! 🙂
