Need help with money stuck in ATM machine

I was withdrawing money from an atm machine but the electricity suddenly went off, now my money is stuck in the machine but it has been deducted from my account it's has been more than 24 hous and I haven't got my money back what should I do??
My account is from HDFC but the atm which I withdraw money is SBI

Visit your HDFC branch and explain them.

Visit your HDFC branch and explain them.

And also contact immediately the helpline mentioned on the ATM machine there as it is SBI machine, along with contacting hdfc helpline..
It is important to note
1) date and time of transactions
2).location of atm
3) photo of malfunctioning ATM.

And file a complaint with the banker..oe HDFC in this case..

Just raise complaint with HDFC and SBI with ATM branch details, they will match the balance in ATM then accordingly revert the transaction
