i had complained to grievance cell hdfc about my wrong address reporting to my cibil report the grievence officer gave me wrong resolution he told me to send COA form then i complained to next lvl then my problem got solved and my first ticket which i got wrong nformation got closed i also got a mail for that my ticket is closed but still i am receiving messages from bank to respond the ticket so they can help me futher
