Need info about my HDFC Moneyback CC ,How to get it?

I've Moneyback CC from 2015. I've no details of annual fee or annual spending criteria for fee waiver. Till date not paid any fees. How can I know that? How best can I use it for max benefits?

How many limit enhancements did you get till now?

How can I know that?

Send a mail to grievance.redressalcc@hdfcbank.com asking whether the card is LTF or not. If not, tell them to make it LTF.

1.6 L. Till date I've done 2 times limit enhancement. My initial 4 years usage was almost negligible. For upgradation I've visited bank also but they don't have any clue. Tried through agents also but no response.
