I have savings account in BOB 15yr Old. Not used from 2 years. Debit card expired and not received replacement. Today updated address and mobile number. Net banking and mobile banking used previously but lost id password. For reset they asking debit card.

My question is can I operate account without debit card ?

How can I login or register or reset password without debit Card ?

I seen vartual debit card on web site, how can I apply that ?

There is an option to change password or recover login I'd by OTP verification through number & email.

You can apply for physical debit card through Bob world application

Yeah you can.Just generate your virtual card & don't order the physical one.Your account will works like normal.

Even I am using B3 savings account with virtual card only
