Need Siggestion- Change of car tyres

I drive fordfreestyle. It's 5 years old, run for 23000 kms. Recently front tyre got broken and needs replacement. The rest of tyres looks OK. Not much rugged. I need your help on the following points:

1. Should I change single tyre or both front tyres or all the 4 tyres?
2. Which brand is the best to go for?
3. Online prices are comparitivly better than store prices? Will there be any issue in Online purchase?

Buy 1 used tyre

If your spare Tyre is full sized:
- Buy 1 Tyre and put spare + New in front and move 1 old Tyre to spare
Else: buy 2 new tires for front.
