Need some help regarding neucoins issue

Hey there , I'm new to this blog . I'm following this website since 1 year . Here my issue with the HDFC Bank regarding neucoins issue. I had this card for about last 1 year . Aftersome Time I see the neucoins were not credited to which I supposed to get , i asked customer many time about these but they say you will not get neucoins for emi payments after that i asked them the neucoins rewards program pdf . They sent it I read that I saw there is a line saying "" you will get neucoins for the base principal amount of EMI "" , then I emailed them about this and after 1 month what they said Is this.

I'm a little bit confused can I about this issue in RBI Ombudsman because they are closed my issue and responding. Also should I also ask for the compensation because the HDFC wasted my time .

If they have said it's been adjusted.. Check the neucoins being added.
However on EMI transactions every other bank doesn't give cashback/rewards these days.

Yes bro I checked but I didn't get any coins, I read a pdf which is sent by them . A paragraph saying you will get neucoins for EMI base principal amount. I also added that line in the email. Check this once is this right!! .

Yup you are right.. Kindly do note also that Easy Emi /no cost emi wrt tata neu card eligible only then principle amount=neu coins you will receive.

If you have converted the full amount into emi that is after purchase of the product with full amount n then converted then you will not receive.

If its your first case, then you will receive the coins in 7 business days..

FYI, I haven't received neu coins for UPI transaction offer then spoke to chat team had to send ss off all transactions and then I received my offer based neu coins.
Second instance, I didn't receive my neu coins when I swiped at Taj restaurant, then had to escalate the issue and I got quick call and it took them 3 weeks to credit neu coins into my acc.
however I got confirmation from them at once both instance chat n also via my email that my neu coins will be credited soon.
In your email, they have mentioned 2 credit what does it mean? 2 EMis?? Else call directly and sort it out.

Thanks for your reply, i didn't convert to emi after purchase, those are all EMI purchased ones . Even I didn't understand what is 2 credits. I'm trying very hard to get information from them but they didn't even care to explain the details to me . I asked them what they are offering us right then they don't know what I'm asking 🫠🫠🫠.
It has been nearly 2 months i escalated this issue to them !! . What should I do bro Wait for their reply or complaint them in RBI

Try them and see.. And even inform that if you haven't get any response you might take it to RBI.
