Idfc classic 25k limit
Kotak legue rupay 16k limit

I am looking for new cc on c2c bases
Can i Apply or should i go with secured card of hdfc or open axis prestige account they are offering complementary my zone cc...

I guess you won't be able to apply via c2c with low limit. Get yourself a acc in hdfc. It will help you get pre approved cc. Within 6 months you will get offer. But do not apply until and unless you get millenia cc as pre approved.

You should have a atleast a card 50k & 1 year old.
Tey to get limit increase in this card or can apply ICICI card(apay or platinum). ICICI give good limit.

Apply Sbi credit card offline it will approved without income proof
Try to get Amazonpay icici Credit card approval is high if you regularly use amazon
Open a account in hdfc maintain Above mab you get pre approved credit card within 6 months
