Need suggestion: Amex platinum travel vs Amex platinum reserve

Hello All, I am new to technofino. I have been a silent spectator for sometime and now I have a query.

I have applied for the amex platinum travel card, however got a call from amex cc that for my income proofs they can provide platinum reserve card. I read through many articles within technofino and many are suggesting not to go with platinum reserve but to go with platinum travel. My yearly spends would be around 4.5L to 6L just to give a perspective.

Any help and suggestions would be great!!

Amex plat travel is a better card as it provides better reward rates on reaching 4L spends per year. Go with it instead of Amex reserve. It is possible due to milestone points provided by Plat travel

So spend 4L on it and for other 1-2L of your remaining spends, you can use some other card. Do not fall for what cc executive is saying on taking reserve instead
