Need suggestion for card upgrade

Hello everyone,
I'm using hdfc bank account and credit card from last 3 years. But they are not ready to provide upgrade from moneyback+ (limit 70K) to millennia. So I'm going to visit branch tomorrow any suggestion how to deal with my branch manager. Thanks in advance.

Update: i called him and discuss everything about the same but they have no clue to how to do it. So he said tomorrow he'll talk to credit card team and request me to visit the branch. Can you guys tell whats the process to that i can tell him to do that

Moneyback plus isnt bad compared to Millennia.They are giving me FYF Millennia upgrade from moneyback plus, but I didn't take it.

yes but millenia is a great stepping stone towards better HDFC cards. Moneyback+ having an upgrade offer in the 1st place is a miracle. And millenia also gives a voucher for 1000 on 1lakh

Keep mailing hdfc priority redressal & ask them to consider paper over email if they say Chennai Chennai
