NEED Suggestions for CC to keep and to Close

I Need some suggestions for my Axis Bank CC, I have 3 Axis Bank CC - Flipkart Axis, Indian Oil & Axis Ace. in these Indian oil Axis Bank CC is lifetime free and rest Flipkart and Ace is paid, this month I have got Annual Fee is charged on Flipkart.
so help me to which to keep and to Close.

1. Keep ACE nowadays getting cashback flat 5% for bill payments without cap is being difficult.

2. Close flipkart cc, I heard who closed flipkart card, flipkart offering life time free card for them. You may not get again flipkart 5% cashback cc, supercoin card only I think.

3. If you have any fuel cashback card, close indian oil.

Once ask nodal officer, they are reversing the fee too.
