Need your valuable suggestions in improving my credit card portfolio, preferably with LTF cards, else paid one's.

Axis Ace(PAID) & MyZone(LTF) with shared limit - 3.3L
Citi Rewards(Paid) - 4.86L
ICICI AmazonPay(LTF) - 10L
ICICI HPCL Coral(LTF) & Rupay Coral(LTF) with shared limit - 10L
AMEX Rewards(Paid) - 5.44L
HDFC Millennia(LTF) - 5L
IDFC Wealth(LTF) - 5.25L
Indusind Legend(LTF) - 5L
OneCard (issued by BOB) LTF - 6.90L
Scapia (issued by Federal) LTF - 7.50L
HSBC Visa Platinum LTF - 3L
Yes Premia/Elite LTF - 1.25L

For my wife(started CC journey<6months ago)::
Axis Neo & IndianOil Rupay card with shared limit - 20k

I recently started using Rupay card so that's 1side I think I might improve. Another areas are insurance payments & grocery shopping!! What are your suggestions?
