Need suggestions for front/top load washing machine

We have some good offers on Amazon flip kart freedom Sale on LG, Samsung, Bosch, IFB.

Our 10 + year old Samsung top load machine has motherboard issue and service center guy mentioned that parts are unavailable anymore for this model whereas Urban company guy mentioned that PCB can be repaired which would cost around 3.5k with 6 months warranty from UC.

Need suggestions to repair/ buy.

Update: Got it repaired through UC. Fingers crossed everything works well for more than an year.

Get it repaired , and use the washing machine . As my (LG) washing machine 12+ years has also got the PCB issue , got it done by UC and it’s working fine more than a year . And take care of your washing machine That water don’t enter PCB area .

if you are not satisfied with the current washing machine , then buy a new one . Which has more than 8kg of input and opt for a front load from LG . And if you stay in monsoon prone / rainy area , then opt for a dryer included washing machine .

Go ahead with repair if UC is providing 6 months warranty and you washing machine is in good condition.

If not please buy LG Front load washing machine. Using it from last 6 year without any issues.

Type: Go with Front Load. Don't go Top Load and Semi Automatic. Developed Countries like AUS, USA, and UK only have Front Load.

Brand: Go with IFB, second choice LG.

Whirlpool is best only for Top Load.

Don't go with Samsung, Haier.

I used two IFB machines in last 20 yrs (10 yrs each) and still using the 3rd one. I use the IFB for 10 yrs and then change it whenever get problem.
It is not worth to spend 3.5k over 10+ yr old machine. These days electronics and electrical appliances not worth repairing (like US/UK). Go for IFB with 4 yrs warranty to get good service and product

I can only suggest what not to buy! Don't ever buy IFB washing machine. I have IFB MCX Executive Frontload Fully Automatic, its mediocre, lots of noise, washing quality is bad, no drier only washer in this machine, wifi is a joke. I bought this crap for Rs. 45k.
