Yes one of my frd too faced this, credit card permanently closed, and that paid bill reversed back to source and asked to pay due again

Need to open a current account but my hdfc branch is denying saying we dont open individual current account.
I have udyan registration with me, they are asking for more address proof. I dont have any other. They are asking for utility bill or broadband, which i dont have.
Has someone opened an individual current account in bangalore, can you pass on the rm details ? I would prefer hdfc

@Ram1 got to know about this? And are you self employed? As while opening hdfc bank account staff mentioned self employed in your case? And what about people in service sector when open individual current account as self employed?
Finally opened canara individual current account. Took one month. Branch manager visited home etc.
