Need to close amex cc
1) Can any1 please share their email id?

2) Will they provide NOC/ No due certificate.

3) What's the process to close their cc?

4) If we close through chat will their provide mail confirmation regarding card closure?

Just call the customer care and they will immediately cancel the card.
Confirm about NOC as well.

IG I received a physical NOC via post.

I closed on 3rd September still didnt receive NOC or closure mail
In app its showing as closed

Calling and canceling via customer care can also be considered. They will immediately close the card and send you an email confirmation.

Cancelled via chat card got cancelled immediately but didnt get email confirmation till now

even im on the same boat. cancelled via chat but didnt get any confirmation email till now. the agent mentioned you will get an email within 7 days. But the app shows as cancelled
