Neu coin expired before expiry date

4 days ago in my tata neu account approx have 2700 neu coin today i checked its only 900 available and i downloaded statement of neucoin 4 days ago deducted my neucoin by tata neu and named that neucoin expired

i regurlarly checking when my neu coin will expire 4 days ago expiring days showing of june 2025 then why they deducted

Please check with neupass support. They are a bit pain to interact with but eventually resolve issues.

Reward in form of neu coin is so confusing..... 1-2 months validity dete hai khali.... FOMO mai over speeding ho jayega...

If you keep using Tata Neu, your regular Neucoins effectively do not expire. Each time you earn coins, your existing coin validity gets extended by a year.
But when it comes to promotional newcoins, they do have fixed expiry date, and if you don't use them within the given period they'll expire. This could very well be Neucoins that were promotional with fixed expire date. Tata Neu support would eventually resolve your issue after giving you a bit of difficulty...

I just checked things for me after reading this post.. looks like I did not recieve 1% on a 21k transaction i did on 3rd november.. but got the pending 0.5% on bill generation...

Trying to goto 24x7 support on the transaction history page and it is fully automated no matter what i choose.. how do you guys connect with someone on tata neu app? For any of the options i select available below it redirects me to the previous options again.

I had similar experience. When i checked all it said my next expiry is 50 coins in jan 2025. Today when i checked it says 50 coins to expire in 4 days. They are very random and very sketchy
