Neu infinity cc working in GPay but not in tata neu app

From past few days I am not able to use tata neu infinity cc in tata neu app, but for same merchant if I use same card in Gpay, it works fine.

Did anyone face similar issue? If yes, what is the workaround?

Contact tatanue app, explain same and get the solution. Or reinstall and start from the fresh if not done already.

I call tata credit card cc1800258282638, they told me to connect with tata upi customer care and gave me customer care number 1800208282638 which is not a valid number.

I will try reinstalling it
