Surprisingly wallet loads aren't mentioned in the exclusions
I am not sure about that, since wallet loads are in general excluded from all milestones for rewards. If you are planning to, it would be better to confirm with customer care.

Have seen the similar offer posting dates in many deals on their site. Looks like a bug, or they are using some hidden feature.

Obviously its targeted, anyone who received offer have different spend targets and amount of vouchers, also received 1000 for 366000 insane
