Both are good. Nifty Midcap 150 Quality 50 Index Fund has performed marginally better than Nifty Midcap 150 Index Fund. However, there is more concentric risk in Nifty Midcap 150 Quality 50 Index Fund as there are only 50 companies. Hence Nifty Midcap 150 Index Fund is the better one.
