High chances as current model is highly unsustainable, they are making no money anywhere

Niyo has been introducing charges, renewal fees, atm withdrawal fees etc, also there seems to be a very slight markup on transactions.

Maybe that is fine; but the issue with Niyo right now, is that there is literally no customer support; their app errors out when trying to raise a ticket. This has been the case for months. Their customer support number is a 1860 number, which discourages contacting support because it costs a bomb and is unreachable from a prepaid phone. This is a huge issue.

I'm here to ask what are the alternatives for global travel ?
