No Phone Pe wallet load with Amex

Hello Amex Card users

Had issues in loading Phone Pe wallet with my new MRCC and post a complaint to Amex manager. Amex has confirmed only Paytm wallet can be loaded. Please see screenshot. Hope this helps.

Yes you can but charges will be there and NO reward points 😀

You can't load on phonepe load on paytm wallet and you get MR too.

What are the limits to Paytm wallet loads with Amex? What should I look out for I understand Paytm MCCs keep getting changed during wallet loads.

You can load 10k but i have loaded 20k too sometimes but your wallet has limit for kyc upto 1 lakh per month u can load.

Or what ever your want to upload I presume monthly load to wallet limits could be I usually do monthly upto 25 k as I have two amex smart earn and plat travel . Smart earn monthly MR cap is 250 hence 5000 I load in that balance 20k I load in olat travel

I did not understand this. I am looking at about 1.28L on my Gold card. So I can do this over 2 months? And it wouldn't be a problem to move this over to my bank account? Is there a cap on MRs? What is Olat travel?
