No Reward Points on Fee Payments

Guys, i had made an advance tax payment and a college fee payment via axis privilege card and havent received the reward points since 15 days. Today i called the customer care regarding the same, and guess what, he said that There will be no reward points on tax payment and school fee payment. i asked him for the documents regarding the same but he is adamant on me checking the TnC on my own. Please suggest what to do.

Yes non fluent cards are exlcuded
Card like previlage select don't earn ER on insurance education rent payments

What about magnus then?we get rewards there right? Do you have any TnC which shows that non affluent cards don't reward on those payments..

Magus do get ER but rent is not considered for milestone
