Please share your experience if you've tried complaining against a restaurant or restaurant chain to the authorities.

I don't think it's possible on consumer forum - and even if it is, it required fssai registration number, which Domino's didn't give me (the last time i tried)

Physical visit to food dept locally works out if the complaint is severe and reasonable
