Not able to apply for marriot bonvoy CC

I have first applied for hdfc regalia gold. Got card with 3.44 lk limit. Then got hdfc Swiggy CC ltf.

I have two questions
1) I am applying for Marriott bonvoy card but the application is not processed and showing you already have our card.
2) how can I convert my hdfc regalia gold to LTF

Mail hdfc with error screenshot, they will send u a floater card form, fill and send back. Should get approval

2) how can I convert my hdfc regalia gold to LTF

Quite difficult from now to convert LTF. If u are salaried, or holds some good relationship with HDFC then u can try thru ur RM.
