Trying to apply for SCB Platinum Rewards CC since it is being offered as LTF.
But on filling the details in the application form, it says that my entry is duplicate and another application exists with the same details. But I have not applied for any SCB card in the recent past.
Is there any way to connect with a customer care executive to get this sorted?
