Not able to book Axis Meet and greet

From past 2 days I've been trying to book m&g service using Axis Magnus. But it's getting stuck at the last screen where they authenticate the transaction by Rs.1. Upon calling the concierge they're saying that pls send the error screenshot they'll reply to it. I asked if they can book it from their end, since my flight is on 19th. They said it can only be done through online portal.

Can someone confirm if we can book meet and greet by calling Axis concierge? Or doing manually on extraordinary weekends website is the only option?
