I have been trying to apply sc digi smart credit card but the application is not proceeding any further. It gets struck after i enter my gross monthly income and press submit. Can anyone help?

Whats the solution then??..and is my choice correct??..i do not have any existing relationship with sc as of now..nd i want credit card with cashback or rewards only..no travel cards..

Digicard is the best option for cashback if you desire SCB, but if you're open to other banking methods, there are many other options available. Visit your local bank after April 24 and a representative will assist you and make every effort to win your approval (Sales target completion)
I had tweeted regarding the issue..Just right now received a call from them..they are processing the request..they said they will call back if the request is approved..fingers crossed
I faced the same issue yesterday while applying for Smart credit card but their team called me and taken information for offline application. I shared the details and I got the message for Cibil enquiry as well yesterday itself but after that no update.
I got the call back and also got it approved..video kyc done..card will reach within 3 days
You can get SC smart earn credit card which provide 2 % cash back on online shopping capped to 1000 per month.
Also you can go for SC digi smart which gives upto 20 percent limited to some specific site and with capping.
If you are looking for higher variant card you can go for SC ultimate.
Most of the offer i have seen on amazon but some other sites also provide offer but very less frequently.
For LTF offering last week i got call from agent who was offer SC card and i was just asking for ltf(Even my company has tieup with SCB) but he was not ready to provide any card LTF. Very less or no chances of LTF offer.
Not sure if they will offer LTF if you will maintain any high value relationship.

Do you have conatct info of any SC agent or customer care executive... I too face some issues while applying.. tweeted in this regards.. they send me link to re-apply again but on re-applying their web page say your application is already under process... even mailed to SC PNO but no reply...
contact their call centres and ask them that you want to apply for new credit card.

as per SCB website they are running offer till 31st for FYF on smart sc card if you're salaried then do apply cause you're company is already tied up with them
Same thing happened for me, then sent a DM to them on twitter and finally got a call back.
They took all the details on phone and after an hour got video kyc link. Post completion of kyc, got new card details on email.
