A week before I have purchased Amazon pay Gift card using Amazon ICICI credit card but now there is no options showing to buy through Credit card....

I think you are temporarily restricted by Amazon for exceeding the monthly-limit for purchasing gift cards.

It seems this is the probable reason for them to restrict the use of credit card for buying Amazon GV. They will probably add it back after sometime for now you can't buy using credit card.
