Not able to submit bbps complaint via site

After filling the details when i click submit nothing happens, can someone help.
Issue is hdfc cc payment via jio finance app failed after deducting money from debit card.
Have reached out to Twitter to them but want to submit some official complaint.

BBPS support is horrible, wait for 7 working days, you will receive your amount back automatically. If that doesn't happen, we can escalate it to BBPS etc.
