Not getting OTP on PNB card

I just got a PNB credit card today.
When I try to activate ECommerce transactions i am not getting any OTPs.
I called their CC and asked they said their system is down.

Is it with me or happening with you guys as well?

PNB card email OTP not received but payment page showing email id .

Mobile number haven't recharge, is there any way to get email OTP for transaction ?
