DCB Not getting reward points on all transactions for HDFC DCB {Solved}

Hi recently I got a new HDFC DCB credit card. Attaching the snaphot of the 1st generated bill.
I have few questions on the reward point system-
1. Why dint I get any reward point on the IRCTC train booking? (This was my 1st ever transaction on the card). The 2nd transacation (JS Lamba ....) was a fuel transaction so I understand I wont get any reward points for it.
2. The last transaction was made at a brewery cum restaurant(The Lalamama.....) on a weekend. Why dint I get 2x rewards as per weekend dining rewards program?

Called customer care and they said no reward points on govt website and hence no points for Irctc transaction which is very strange.
And for the weekend dining 2x, they said the cafe has registered as grocery so no 2x reward points.

Okay. For irctc you have to book trains through Smartbuy portal only (not directly on irctc website).

I haven't verified irctc, but that is how it should work
