DCB Not getting reward points on all transactions

Hi recently I got a new HDFC DCB credit card. Attaching the snaphot of the 1st generated bill.
I have few questions on the reward point system-
1. Why dint I get any reward point on the IRCTC train booking? (This was my 1st ever transaction on the card). The 2nd transacation (JS Lamba ....) was a fuel transaction so I understand I wont get any reward points for it.
2. The last transaction was made at a brewery cum restaurant(The Lalamama.....) on a weekend. Why dint I get 2x rewards as per weekend dining rewards program?

IRCTC will be considered as Govt site so no points for that.
Have you checked your Bonus points(2X) in statement on 2nd Page that will reflect in that

Is the irctc condition true for all credit cards or only for hdfc?

Grocery points has a monthly limit. So most likely you will see points for them in next statement.

Also, next time onwards use smartbuy to book train tickets. You get 3x rewards on it.

If it was tagged as grocery, then RP would have shown separately at bottom of statement and not besides the tnx as in the screenshot

On the restaurants what i have learnt if it is purely a standalone resturant without any stay attached the only MCC is tageed and you will 2x and 3.75% on BOB else we won't get i have tested both on BOB and DCB

Yes seems like for IRTCTC only way earn points is smartbuy

Check whether your electricity biller is there in HDFC smartpay. You can pay by DCB but don't know whether any max limits are there. It is eligible for regular reward points and max 150 cashback as well.
