Novotel vs Movenpick? Which is better at Vietnam?

Which accor hotel is better in Vietnam Hanoi - Novotel Suites OR Movenpick Living West?

If anyone has experienced specific or in general ?

I'd pick Movenpick over Novotel suites(5 star vs 4 star). If i have more days, i will probably stay in both.

I would rate
Novotel (Da nang) 10/10 .
Mövenpick Living West Hanoi : 3/10 .

My experience: I would not go ever in Movenpick. Worst customer care experience and lied a lot to us multiple time not so good rooms with continuous smoke smell inside room (due to their staff smokes in the room when you are out and allow room service) and even after complaining afterwards on Google and on X they don't respond.
My worst 2 days in 15 days in Vietnam.

In General for location rating : 3/10 : It is kind of business hotel in between business buildings. it is very far from pickup locations for sight seeing.

from location point of view - I would have picked Pullman (because I actually wanted to try this personally) 2nd option is : Novotel Ha Noi Thai.

Novotel hotels are generally quite good. Alteast the ones in Goa
