1. This is available only for full kyc users
2.gift card balance can be sent to newly activated amazon verified upi merchant.
No limits available right now

*Another person told me he also used on Phonepe Merchant UPI QR

Not new, updated since October. Amazon itself randomly selected few of them and testing this feature. Not rolled out fully.
