NPS REGISTRATION ISSUE

My friend is currently working in Central Gov Hospital, He just joined few months ago & now his hospital asked him to register on NPS (https://enps.nsdl.com/eNPS/NationalPensionSystem.html )

So, he was trying to register in NPS but there is an error message "CONTACT SECTION IS NOT COMPLETE ON PERSONAL PAGE(2)" although he filled all the details, Only PPAN No. is not filled as he doesn't know what is PPAN No. and how to get that. Kindly help
