Infinia NPSL feature clarification

Hi,

Is there anyone here who has used the NPSL (No Pre Set Limit) feature on Infinia successfully?

Scenario - My cl is 8L, upcoming spend (education fees on college website, needs to be a single payment, so can't use multiple cards) is for 10.1L. I've read that Infinia has NPSL. I talked with customer care and they asked to initiate the request via RM. RM was clueless but he says he'll send the request.

So I have a few queries for my better understanding

1. Who does RM send the request to? If he flubs, I need to be able to guide him through the process
2. Customer care said it'll be done within 1-2 days. How will we know it has been activated? Do we get any notification? Does Mobile banking app/my cards show the increased limit under remaining limit?
3. Once activated, how long does it last?
4. I read a post where someone mentioned their Infinia to have been marked as NNPSL (i guess that's non no preset limit). Does such a variant exist? Where to see this marking?

Thanks

Since Infinia is Credit card and not charge card it has hard credit limit. So what you’re talking about seem to be is Overlimit Usage and not NPSL. You can request for Overlimit usage which increases your credit limit temporarily by 5-25% based on Banks Approval. But there is also a fees associated with it. To request Over limit login to mycards
>Manage Card > Services > Manage > Manage over limit usage.

Screenshot attached below for reference.

Mark it as solution if this helped you.

NPSL is a feature of Infinia even though its not a charge card.

I quickly read through Reddit few have said they have used it at no extra charges and limit is temporarily increased. Maybe a special privilege to Infinia CM

Kindly refrain from making statements about things you are not aware of.

No offence intended.

I went ahead and used the feature. It was a breeze
