NRV requirement for DCB or Infinia LTF

Please throw some light around NRV requirement for DCB or Infinia LTF. Also, suggest best ways to approach them.

No fixed rules bro, just keep pushing your RM. And Infinia doesn’t have LTF at any NRV. Spend based waiver only.
