Offline (Alternate) KYC for PNB Card

Is there any way to get offiline KYC done for pnb card. I had applied online did video kya, but as per pnb my video kyc is not completed. It's been more than 2 weeks. Please provide any alternate way to get PNB KYC done.

I am also stuck for more than 2 months becauss vkyc gives error. They have not given any alternate way so far. I am tired of emailing and calling them

I got this response from pnb ,
You have to Complete your Video KYC by Visiting our website www.pnbcard.noclick_in->Apply credit card online ->complete your video KYC

Enter Application number -> OTP sent on registered Mobile number
.
After you enter UARN , generated after filling application, it will show message you have already completed vkyc( if it is already completed). Take screenshot and mail them they will approve it. I did this way and they approved my vkyc.
