OmniCard UPI Pending Issue

Hello everyone,

I had to pay someone urgently at midnight on September 10, particularly. I used the OmniCard app because the main account's (HDFC) UPI was not working at that time. The transaction went to pending status and still it's pending after 6 days! I tried to contact them but their answers are inconsistent. The FAQ page of the app says that it usually takes up to 72 hours but in my case, it's already 6+ days. They are neither refunding nor sending it to the receiver!
