Can I get a second card on the basis of Freecharge Card? I tried and they told that Freecharge Cards are not eligible for upgrade through call. Is it true?

yeah. earlier they told they have stopped taking request for on call card upgradation inbetween. but now recently last month they told they have started, we can apply through. you can call the customer care and can place a request for the same.

You can call from any number, will just have to verify first with your CC number and PIN
