Was preapproved for one card with a CL of 5.55 lakhs. Filled in the application but for some reason it never asked me my permanent address, it asked for address for visit of the verification person. I put in my office address. The guy called next day and asked if my address is the same as my previous residence (never confirmed during application), I said no. He said document needs to have the same address. Asked me to correct it speaking to the customer care. On the app, it never gives the option. Just stuck at the track your application page, can't go back or forth. No option. Customer care just doesn't answer. Impossible to reach, can't go past the options. Please help, guys.
