Just saw this form on onecard app, saying that Im an hourly winner. Did anyone see the same thing?

Yes I was able to fill the adress, then it showed the mobile number form (auto filled with address in the previous form), changed the number and submitted the form. Btw any idea what is this about and since when is it being shown on the app ?
